So onto two very amazing places. A lovely town called St malo which is very picturesque and then the amazing mont st michel. A building on a rocky Island. To get up the building you climb around 900 steps. Abbey and I ran the last bit!
... covered it alot in his very interesting stories of his travels around France. He is a very clever fix it man and we have invited him over to NZ when ever he can make it some time.
I'm still smacking my lips over that casserole, dying to have some tomorrow. You would love it mum!!

At about six ,Joesine will have us rallying for dinner, we always have a salad made by one of us and she will usually make the main dish. Kevin made rice pudding one night which was a hit with some rhubarb confit. Later on we have more free time to go walking or play this French game with sticks otherwise we plan the rest of our time in France or drink wine and Cointreau ............
... and to my surprise I ended up with a French favorite ,TRIPE! God help me here how the hell this happened I did not expect this! We just had to ask what we were eating cos It sure smelt different
And I could not get it past my sense of smell! Mum was right, she hated tripe AND SO DO I. My main course was absolutely amazing though, Duck cooked on an open fire! It was incredible and definitely made up for ...
