    Isabelle & I spent our last day in Paris running some errands and visiting the fnac (a famous book store in Paris) I had to break out my extra bag already when it was time to pack for Angers.     ... but it was my turn to have an upset stomach, though in my case it was caused by gorging myself on all the lovely fruit. I know it makes me ill but I couldn't resist.

    My stay in Couhe was very relaxing, it was too hot to do much other than swim in the pool and take gentle walks in the woods next to the river and and abbey but it suited me fine for a few days.

    ... upon the local chateau and simply had to visit. It had a fabulous collection of centuries old tapestries and ceramic ware. It was amazing to stand where and archer might have stood, ready to defend the chateau.

    Today Josine took us all to the markets in Bourgueill which wound its way through all the nobbly streets and buildings of the main street.
