Chalet Time - Deeep clean!

Training Week
Monday 3 - Had to be at Perdrix 2 for breakfast from 8am then to the training hall for 9 for our first day of training. Met up with Pete & Michelle at the break to say Hi. On our lunch break we had to go back to Perdrix to start prepping for our meal, which was a bit of a nightmare as not all the ingredients we needed were there and finding our way around the kitchen was hard work. Let The Adventure Begin!!
... with the only double bed & ensuite bathroom to ourselves, not sure how we got that really! Our chalet is called Papillon and Ant is staying just a 2 minute walk away in Perdrix with his roomy, Charles. The rain and latest full moon finally brought out the mushrooms. I still have not been able to find any Ceps, but Mum, Dad and I did manage to collect a huge basket of parasol mushrooms from the meadows around Payolle. I made a rich mushroom soup, which was lovely and it was good ...
