Some of the trees must be 100's of years old, and as the autumn was setting in, the leaves were beginning to turn gold.We came across many an old stones, pieces of concrete covered in moss, and there was even a complete rock wall that was overgrown with vines and bushes. It might have been part of the original border-wall of the palace? It was a discovery trail! Will and I even spotted a deer. Awwwe! So special....

... racing tracks! They come home with sand in every crack, but have a ball!

I'm loving the rest days here, and starting to think about going home. Oh how time flies when you are having a ball!

Gary tells me (tongue in cheek) that "they are putting on a farewell party for us this weekend in Zgorzelec", complete with Ferris Wheel and medieval stalls.We are so humbled. We will be there with bells on!
