    ... so stiff that you need a towel in the shower to grip the large plastic knob when it is wet. Last night's was a real poser. It had a control box beside the shower head where you could select temperature, water flow etc and a power button. It looked straightforward. The only thing was that it didn't work. Nothing I tried could get the power light on or any water flowing. Thank God there was a bath we could use. We drove through rain all the way to York. ...

    Our day stared with drama when the door wouldn't unlock on our hire car.
