    The chemistry faculty occupies today's 12.15pm time slot. The dean makes a very warm introductory welcome and reinforces to the graduands the efforts of their parents who receive an enthusiastic round of applause.
    The head of chemistry then works through the list... Degrees, masters and PhDs.

    ... The final flight of an historic cold war supersonic British Vulcan bomber happened to occur during our lunch as the cherry on top.
    Our exploration of the palace grounds was heightened by the presence of the illustrator for 'The Gruffalo' book series. We were able to act the role of the privileged 18th century aristocracy, playing ring toss and lawn bowling, wandering the gardens, all with Gruffalo inspired activities for the kids interest.

    ... close to the thriving hub....but it's the nicest looking location and place. (London hostel still had the 'best' location). Managed to see few things today: - Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) - has been a while since I went to a museum. This one was very good. Well set out, lots to see, interactive.
