      Off to Manchester after supper to be next to the airport for the early morning flight! Need to check in at 6.40 am (sigh)... But very excited to get on the way! Hoping for an upgrade due to it being my birthday (10th feb), however, will be very surprised if i get one! Fingers crossed. Etihad flight to Bangkok via Abu Dhabi ...

      ... also got another visit as the weather was pretty warm again. We're also proud to announce we can now do four laps of the 50m pool before tiring. Admittedly one was sidestroke and one was survival backstroke, but any progress is good progress!

      Headed up to Manchester with my best friend Charlotte (we drove up), stayed in possible the most expensive and classiest hotel in Manchester (of course.... Because One Direction were also staying there). Got drunk in the hotel, saw the boys... Left the next day and drove back to London. Also paid 40 for a breakfast in the hotel.... TWO ...

      I'm sat in a cafe just near our flat in the Northern Quarter having breakfast. I love this place. It's a proper retro style cafe where the food is awesome and cheap.
