    Hi All!!!

    Hope everyone is well!

    We arrived in Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais from Rio after a LONG 9 hour bus journey, however the reclining leather seats made it a bit easier to endure !

    When we arrived here we went to a local restaurant and sampled the local drink- "Capriana" and a meat plate recommended by a very friendly waitor- both turned out to be delicious!!

    ... bump filled sketchy roads to get there and then navigated the maze of cobblestone roads to get to one of the largest churches in the city. We soon realised that the town was absolutely tiny, so we parked the car and decided to navigate the town by foot.

    ... observed it this year, that futbol (soccer) is definitely dominated by the boys. He suggested that basketball might be a good alternative for the girls. I hope so. Time will tell.
