It will be a nice change of pace to have someone else drive. We covered over 4,000 miles in the 5 week journey.

Visa fraud alert is a great thing but when we are making future travel plans in a different country, it locks the card. If we had a phone with international calling or if a calling center could actually go through to an international operator (a real person) all would be ok. When we awoke this morning we could see the German coast to the south and the Danish coast to the north. It turned out to be another beautiful day, warm enough to spend most of it lounging outside in the sun on the upper deck.

After our six consecutive port days, it's great to be able to relax with a couple of days at sea.

Around noon we again sailed under the large suspension bridge that connects two of ...

Today was the day to research the Petersen family who were from Maribo 150 years ago. Before we headed out for the day we were treated to an amazing breakfast, so much for keeping trim before the cruise!! Our host also provided Ken with the office to go to for researching his family tree. We headed to Maribo, a lovely village and went for a walk around, finding the street where the family were living ...
