... us moaning together, I think I would've cried. That night has been the only time in my whole time away that I wished I was at home, in Ilford, in my house, where I know what is going on, where everything is normal, where I can just sit on my sofa, watch TV with my family, then go to bed.

Ok, so I know you're all thinking, just relax! Enjoy it! It's not like anything bad happened! Even though the International Day sounds corny, had you known what was going on it ...

... were, of course, sleeping and not posing nicely for anyone! The zoo is pleasant enough and I can't remember the last zoo I actually went to, but I think as far as zoos go there might possibly be better ones out there. There weren't many non-Chinese people about. We had a good chat and wandered around and had a good day out. Julian and I dropped by Awfully Chocolate in Cloud 9 shopping centre (practically my local) and that's where I said goodbye ...

... we went to Jimmy's (did I tell you about Jimmy? His parents own a restaurant we have been to a few times. Jimmy is actually only 7 years old and speaks no English, but 1 night I was playing outside with him and Serena and I gave him the name Jimmy after his parents said it was ok for him to have an English name!) for dinner. I got a lift home with Micahel McIntyre and a women who looked too young to be his wife and too old to be his daughter, and a small toddler who she looked ...

    Dinners

... it's the best term I can use to describe what happens. The funny thing with gambing-ing is that it happens throughout the meal, and not necessarily between all the people who are at the table. 1 person may decide to go over to a person and gambing with them, or gambing with the members of 1 family, or gambing with 2 of his/her friends. It can happen at anytime during the meal, so even if you're in the middle of eating, someone may come over ...

Crumbs... I just realised I forgot to write about Xitang, we went there.... 2 weeks ago?... Well, instead of just lumping the pics from there onto another entry, here's a brief piece on it with some pics.

An old walled village, which has been restored and has lot of tourist shops there, and is all set over a river with lots of small bridges going over. It's a maze... so easy to enter 1 way and never find your way out. We had a great time there :)
