We were finally on AIDAcara, at around 9am. It was already 24 degrees celsius and sunny. First we placed Carmen on the pool deck for her favorite sport: reserving long chairs. Brazilians are strict followers of fashion - especially on the beach, always wearing the latest trend and the stretched cotton boxer look is one that is never going to take off. Seeing him emerging from the surf clinging to his sodden boxers was one of the most disturbing experiences of the entire trip. Here's hoping that the trend is not repeated ...
