We should have never taken Zach to the Graceland house after his big night before, one of us should have taken him back to the RV for a sleep but we didn't...we paid big time for that. We spent Shavuot in the part of Memphis known as Germantown at (brace yourself) Tzvi's friend's best friend's parents' house, who were incredibly generous to open their home to us. We were given an amazing insight into a thriving, southern, tight-knit Jewish community and were fed the best food we had on the trip to that point (a real step up from pasta, canned beans, and tofurkey).
