On day three of our adventure we were early for one of our lunches. So Eddy, our man in Havana, hee hee, took us to a public beach area called Playa Pilar.
He talked it up a lot and frankly what beach in Cuba isn't nice? but when we got there we were all pretty impressed.
Arrived into Cayo Coco airport fighting mosquitoes. It was a very wam night and after changing some money into Pesos we boarded our bus, met our tour guide Eddy and the driver Pepe, and proceeded to the hotel.
Eddy was quite chatty. He was sometimes hard to understand but I got the gist of what he was saying most of the time.
