... me to them. Was on hold for 40 minutes & then got disconnected. Rung the company that we booked our flights through which involved more holding & they said they couldn't refund us or put us on another flight. They put me through to US Airlines to see what they could do for us. After 50 minutes of holding I gave up & we accepted that flying wasn't an option. Looked into trains, buses & car rentals. Found that renting a car would ...

... For those in the know, it may have been the “swimming paint pool” day but I am not sure. For those not in the know, I won’t bore you with the details other than to say there was an incident at the beach where I was talking about swimming pool paint and was accused of reversing a couple of words due to my alcohol intake that day. Dad drives the boat and Blake and Dylan fish off the back of the boat until we ...

Well, guess what they did on Thursday--yep--they went fishing and yes they left me at home again. Is that a run-on sentence? You know I never went to school (except that one minor deal where I basically learned my name). Mom said they caught some fish. They were called Bonitos which is a one on the "edible list". One means not so good to eat for those reading who don't know like Mom. I think she's getting her info from Dylan; is that scary ...

    Rufus, my friend!

Well I woke up early this morning and my first thought was of Rufus, my feline friend! I just lay there and thought about her. I could see her little mustache and that cute little swish of her tail. I could see her rubbing against the glass door early in the morning. I especially love the look of horror in her adorable face when they (my loving family) opens the door and I take off after her! I can't wait to see her. My heart aches.
Shortly after I woke up thinking about Rufus ...
