Restaurants and Gordon Bleu
... we ate lunch at a cute place, which in many ways sums up much of our experience in Romania.
We've had dinner at a lot of really great locations. I heard a teammate comment today that our free time ends up being times that we are eating and times that we are preparing to eat.
We noticed that a lot of the restaurant menues offer a dish called "Gordon Bleu" and I'm sure that you can guess what that is.
Now we are off to one final Oradean ...
2nd, 3rd, and 4th build days
... a fine group of motivated and skilled workers.
I have to admit to just getting lucky. Tomorrow is our final work day and we'll take a half day to give our counterparts some break time before the next team arrives on Sunday.

Tiling Gets Hot
We started our first build day by splitting into three groups. The first group, a team of 2 guys and a girl, went to do roof work on one of the houses. The second group, of which I was a part, laid electrical tubing into trenches around the house. The third group, which was the largest, did interior work in another house - hanging drywall and insulation.

Now we've returned and we're off to sleep in preparation for our day tomorrow - which turned out to be a day of R&R as tomorrow is a Romanian national holiday, in observance of the Dormition of Virgin Mary.
We'll visit a monastery and some holiday activities there, the Bear Cave and also visit the Habitat project in Beius. View below for more ...
