... Amphitheatre and Theatre/arena rank in my top three favourite ruins, coming in behind Pompeii and the Roman Colosseum. The ruins were remarkably interesting and remarkably intact, much more so than any I've visited before. The amphitheatre especially looked almost identical now to what it did in all he pictures of it from a thousand years ago. This place is well worth a visit on the way from Lisbon to Seville.

We rolled up today with our backpacks looking bedraggled to this beautiful 5 star hotel you can just tell the way they look at us that they don't believe we are guests checking in.
