... where we stopped at the M&Ms World which was cute! We then made our way to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. We toured around the gallery for a bit and saw some of Monet and Seurat's paintings as well as Vincent Van Gogh's famous sunflowers painting. We made our way to Paddington station on the Heathrow Express, it was a nice little jaunt, albeit one that I spent in its entirety trying to get my new Orange sim card to work in my phone. $50 in roaming charges 30 seconds after landing in Heathrow made sure I got a foreign sim. I was only 10 GBP so I didn't think it was too bad, I ended up spending maybe 30 GBP to have internet and phone while we were in London.
... to Di and John on skype this morning, more Swiss talk, we now have a plan of attack. Russ contacted Airbnb hosts and some have got back to us and we are still waiting for the others, but it is all coming together. We are looking forward to seeing Di and John, but don't tell John I said that.
After we had done our homework and it had stopped raining, we went for a putter, we ended up at Cuffley. Quite a very well to do area, lovely ...
... looked and smelled very good. Us girls had a little look around town then met up with the boys at the pub where we were having lunch. Because of the train timetable we didn't have a great deal of time together, but it was very good catching up.
Back home and it is a long wait to hear any news on Brownie's condition, will keep you up to date in the next blog.

Last night, after I sent the blog, I went out and and sat with Russ, he was reading and I had my art stuff, it was a lovely evening. There was a couple across from us who must have been planning a great Bar B Q for their tea.
