We liked Konya as far as a big..not Hugh...but big Turkish city goes...THIS one did not have that chaotic feel to it. I made the mistake of thinking the Dervishes were whirling nightly. NOT. Darn! ... lay there almost all day because it was to hot to do anything else and everybody was really tierd from the trip. When the pool closed we went up to the hotelroom and made some dinner. So exept for the late plane, the first day here have been pretty good. :)

Bus Lag = effects of a six hour bus ride that started at 3:00am and included two layovers. Thankfully the big bus that covered the majority of the route had wonderfully comfortable and spacious seats -- actually the best Uncle Albert and I have had anywhere on the trip.
