... I heard that a landslide warning had been issues for the region but that I could best just sit tight until noon. At noon I was planning to head over to Kanazawa, to my luxury Ryokan… And that went absolutely smoothly. At noon all was cleared up. At the station it was slightly busier than normal but I have a JR-pass so I could just skip the line and get on the train. Luxury.

Close to the railway stations and the town centre, a standard city hotel. Satisfactory.
