    Well today we started off early no breakfast met our tour guide just to get to the station by taxi. Caught the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Nagoya 350klms per hr took about 2 hrs fantastic had breakfast on the train which we bought before we got on. They have a mixed assembly line so make to order as needed. We learnt all about their philosophy and just in time & jidoku method.
