... white. Saw clouds over the mountains but they dispersed when the sun came up. Think that be it for the day. Unfrenetic activity on the quay side with the most noise the sound of waves hitting the harbour wall. Rest of the crew still sleeping or doing other things in their cabins! See Simone's blog for the rest of the day - happy but with trepidation but much fun at the end of the day!! Photos from this morning's walk into Vathi town to go shopping ...

... we wouldn't meet something coming the other way.

We reached the top and found some spectacular views overlooking a promising cove. There were some nice expensive looking yachts in the bay.

Following a steep winding road down to the cove all I kept thinking was that we would have to drive back up this!!! We got to the bottom and found ...

    Fairy Cave or Prehistoric Wonder?

... Glass, lets buy that first - then join the queue in the sun!!! Jess is trying to hide her sunburn from the Sun but it's hot and hurts - we all add a new layer of dun cream rather hastily!

This cave is €7 but still a bargain. We go down the steps and into the sloping tunnel, we can see a blue glow at the end.
