I can now announce that yesterday Craig officially sent in his resignation to Scotch. In 2015 he will be a retired man. The next stage of our lives will ...

organization that you can only see at a 'Parish' event…people giving orders all
over the place…angelic children with their hands together ready to pray being
pushed from here to there not really knowing what is happening… Parish priest
trying desperately to make his congregation look good in front of the visiting

    Tuscany - Getting There

... and head for the trains, via a cash machine. Fortunately my Spanish debit card, that only arrived yesterday, works well, and I have funds, albeit 50€ notes! A quick stop at the gelato vendor wipes her float out, but gives me change for the ticket machine, and a pineapple ice cream in to the bargain. So here I am, having changed trains at Pisa Centrale, wending my merry way to Lucca, in blistering, gorgeous heat. I think I'm going to enjoy ...
