... like them very much. The grown-up and me saw many animals, lots which we had seen before, but some new animals too. I was very excited to see not one, but two giant pandas. They looked very friendly and were very fluffy and furry, so the grown-up liked them too. We also saw some smaller furry animals which were called guinea pigs. They didn't look very much like pigs, but alot more cuter. The grown-up has a friend who really likes guinea pigs.

... minus 10 (with windchill) in Mongolia. Once we were down at the beach, it didn't actually feel that hot as it was blowing a gale down there. The wind was so strong that it was actually painful, as it whipped up the sand into our legs. It also created a very turbulent top layer on the water, despite the sea being calm underneath. The water was freezing as the bay is fed by the southern ocean, coming straight in off the Antarctic! It was very refreshing after a long flight. ...

    this hotel is now called Adina instead of Medina, situated right in the heart of Adelaide. Walking distance to Rundle Mall etc. Large and modern apartments, stylish decoration. Friendly staff and lovely pool in the basement. Perfect for a stay in Adelaide!
