As I sit here in my over-lander truck I am enjoying what the locals call an "African massage". What this really means is that I am sitting in a truck with moderate shock absorbers and suspension, driving several hundred km on a gravel road which has more dips and twists than a roller coaster. ... is before we even get there. After flying from Sydney via Bangkok, we will overnight in Frankfurt and then spend three days in St Petersburg, on the invitation of work contacts of Graham's. Then a week or so touring the Baltics before finally flying to Edinburgh and so on to St Andrews.
The second is in late July, when we will spend a week in Iceland and a long weekend on the Faroes.

God only knows why but i singled Bjo out as my play mate...in other words the boy pretty much took every bit of my excitment, hyperness, annoyace and pestering! If there was a moment that i'd find myself lonely and bored, first person to find....BJO!!! His endless talents of being canadian, having a stupid name & a brilliant news reading voice adds to the many reasons why i love this boy so much. WOOPWOOP!

My room had a very conferable bed and walk in shower. Great room service and a lot of manners from the employee.
