... too. Seeing frequently a chip on a stick which looked good, basically a single spiralled peeled potato fried and presented on a long stick. So heading to the stand where these were coming from, once there saw they also sold corn on the cobs, which grabbed all our attentions more so. Enjoying a buttered salt & peppered succulent corn, being the kernels were so big & juicy, they spat out with every bite into it hitting everyone we passed on by. There was a petting farm ...

... a couple more drinks as a night cap whilst listening to some top tunes. Yawning gave us away, taking note of how tired we all were and an early rise tomorrow, we took our leave and walked Poppy back to the Marathon steps before heading home ourselves. Time for bed now because we are hitting the first of the islands tomorrow. New ...

Our flight to Sydney very nearly didn't happen. When we went to check in at Singapore Airport for some reason STA (the company we booked all our flights through) had cancelled Sara's flight. From a pay phone we called STA who booked us a last minute replacement but needless to say it was very stressful. We finally arrived in Sydney during their spring time and it was around 14 degrees and pouring down! It was freezing compared to where we had been ...

We spent the next few days visiting various sites around the Sydney as we enjoyed been tourists again. The zoo was one of our favourite’s spots in Sydney. Its location opposite the city, overlooking the Opera House and Harbour Bridge was incredible. The layout was great, as you start way up high on the hillside and meander your way down towards the water over a few hours. We ...
