It is Blue Mountains day today so we were up early to catch the train. It took about 2 hours to get to Katoomba. Once there we booked an explorer bus with added extras enabling us to do other unlimited attractions. It was a hop on and hop off bus which would enable us to see the area and also do some walking. ... The girl at the desk smiled as I walked in and said that there was a room ready for us if we wanted it. What a difference a few minutes can make. We checked in and headed up to our room. Then we ate in subway for lunch as neither of us wanted to eat something big before climbing the bridge. The bridge climb was awesome. We did the sampler tour which is 556 steps and doesn't go all the way to the top so only lasts 1.5 hours, not 3 hours. It was still really good. The views were incredible and it was pretty easy ...
