... the salads as we had to tap out early on the meat it was too intense. We were up early this morning for breakfast and then started the 3.5 hour drive to our destination - a town called Evian-les-Bains, in south eastern France and it is on the shores of Lake Geneva. It is the home town of Evian mineral water so that **** is everywhere. They are quite proud of it. Also they have these weird wooden statue type things that were built out of collected drift wood ...

... we found. We found the food section at which point my blood pressure rose sharply and I became short of breath. This place made David Jones look like McDonalds. The butchers had white shirts and ties under their white aprons. The cost of fillet steak was 11.90 francs per 100 grams or about $160 per kilo!!! Other conversions saw $35 Salamis, ham at $116 per kilo, cheese at similar prices. Cherries that were about $7.50 per kilo in France ...

Noah again. Wednesday morning was a
flurry of of packing and cleaning. When all was finally done Max and
