      ... more hours till 7 or 8 (riding/helping with lessons, etc). In exchange for working we get accommodation (I have my own room in a wood heated old house) and all the food we need.       ... yesterday's ride was over 50 miles long with 4500 feet of elevation gain!

      So - the first course was cauliflower mixed with cheese and sort of puréed, served hot. Really yummy! Then, Ravioli served in the juice they used to cook the meat, which was inside the pasta.
