    ... it was hard to get a good view of the Opera House, partly because it was also part of the light show and it had colours dancing all over it. Still we watched it for a while before getting too cold and tired and in need of a nice hot drink. So we located a Gloria Jean's and Becky called her mom.     ... I guess that's what travel agents are for... Ugh, thank heavens for internet...

    Would I recommend long term, solo travel? Yes. You learn SO much from the experience, and while there are always challenges, it's definitely worth it.

    Would I recommend New Zealand, Australia, and Bali? YES! I don't think I necessarily need to go back to Bali, but I'm really glad I went. As for the other two, absolutely.
