We moved from Mission Bay on Friday, traveling what should have been an hour and half, but because of the usual Southern California traffic affliction, it took us a little over 2 hours to reach Temecula, and then to drive 17miles West on Highway 79, into the hills of Aguanga. ... stylish kind. Doilies are under lamps, and dark wooden furniture waits to be filled with clothes. we are both deeply in love with this place. everyone is lovely and everything is perfect. they have a school, a small local shop and a total lack of any chain stores. no Walgreens, no Walmart, no hypermarkets, and no feckin' Subway!!! after a peaceful nights sleep, we wake and head down to the cutest breakfast room ever. real china ...

... the road connected to Rt 94 just past where Old Rt 80 joined 94. We got to the campground, found a site, hooked up and collapsed. I did get different directions for getting out of that valley for when we left.

The weather was fantastic - 76, light breeze, no humidity, 49 that night. Ahhhhh! After all the heat it was wonderful! This lasted that day. The next day it was 86, no breeze, ...

Long time no write, for sure. We’ve been at the Leapin’ Lizard RV Ranch since last Fridaym, the tenth of February.
