It was raining when I got up. I decided Today's goal was to find sunshine, twisty roads, and hills. After studying the weather map, I decided to take Jay' s (bartender at the inn) advice and head south but not to stop in Athens OH but to continue into WV. This would also get me around Pittsburgh (damned if I was going through/ near another city after Indianapolis.).
So true to my luck, my trip didn't go to plan but both leading to good and bad results. The first being the fact my flight from Sydney to LAX being cancelled, leaving me with the only option of taking a Quantas flight rather than a United airlines flight, which I gratefully accepted.
