    ... repairs, since I found some small leaks here and there. There needs to be some caulking and water proofing around some of the seams, and I will be adding a small flat screen TV and a NEW mattress!!

    ... went off with a bang. Plenty of people showed up and the BBQ itself was smashing (donated by our bizzare landlord, who has a habit of ditching his broken items with us). The pool table went well, remaining in tact, and the rest of the house was left in pretty good condition!
