... He went back to our flight counter and told them, and they said that we had to go upstairs to a counter and they would get my bag for us and print out our tickets!!! Hooray. Fantastico! Problem solved.
The flight out of Santiago was amazing. We flew over the city and it was large, and then we flew over the mountains! The view was outstanding. Nick took a nap.

Buenos Aires here we come!

... and I got my first taste for the absolutely massive (and slightly absurd) amount of security personnel throughout the entire city. There must be 500,000 federally or privately employed security guards in Mexico City. ... though.The **** thing is that i am quite ill which i think is a combo of stress,pollution and temperature change so i am heading back to Puerto Vallarta and embrace the sun,surf and beach and prepare for the holidays. As we all got to the car, we realised that there was 9 people trying to get into the car!!! So into the boot I jumped with all the luggage.... ... outside the city...and I can see why some Europeans would choose area of Polanco as a temporary place to live...with number of embassies, old buildings, large trees...it does have some European feel to it.
