      There is a vast array of tourist trip operators to choose from on the island that will take you to do anything from diving to elephant trekking. Prices can vary so it pays to shop around. We decided to hire a car and do the waterfall and island tour ourselves.       So we arrived in ko phangan and got to our accommodation, the resort was pretty much in the middle of no where but they had peds to hire for 200 baht a day (4) so that's what we did!
