Woke up - breakfast ( terrible - Caoimhe seen tears in my eyes - was so frickin hungry at this stage) then off we went for the hotel rooftop swimming pool - fantastic it was !! Even though Bangkok was still cloudy throughout there was 30 degree dry heat !

... would be the best way to get around the Island, we went to a beach and had a nice lunch at a cafe on one of the days, the beach was beautiful but we found ourselves getting weird stinging sensations in the water, when we asked the hotels owner he told us that it was sea lice, very unusual and not dangerous but it made me not want to go back in the sea again.
