Nothing like an early morning light jog to wake up the senses! I didn't know where the tour office was so I was searching and running around the streets. I found the place and waited for the bus. Füssen is just a gateway to the Alps; there's not much to do in the town itself. Today I successfully rented a bike, but only after the guy spent 20 minutes showing 2 old ladies how to adjust the seat. There were great views as we drove up to Lake Lugano and even better ones as we accessed the San Bernadino tunnel – and as soon as we left Italy the traffic density halved and we had the road to ourselves at some points.
