... The city Burghers had the maker of the clock blinded when he finished so he could never make another one anywhere else. The tour ended at this point, but Laurie and I elected to stay on and do some sightseeing on our own. ... was a random walking tour. I had no particular destinations in mind. Basically I just followed anything interesting or shiny. I started out in Old town, seeing the old churches, astronomical clock and explored the narrow alleyways. The old town square was full of people, vendors selling Czech food and lots of singers, dancers and other attractions. The best part is you can buy beer in plastic cups and wander around!
