    ... a must have with every meal for the locals, some form of potato, so we chose one new potatoes and a serve of chips. We weren't able to buy sparkling or still wine by the glass, so a bottle it had be, fortunately I had my trusty stopper in the car, to keep the bubbles in the prosecco!     ... cases jammed in 'em. They were asking for co-operation for people to place smaller bags at their feet so we don't incur a delay when we might have to offload some hand luggage into the hold to free up some room. Thankfully we didn't have to do that, but still.

    Right, so bags are unpacked, washing is in, and I have a cuppa in my hand. I'm still covered in bites, but I had a fantastic couple of weeks! When's the next adventure? ;) ...

    ... for tomorrow morning! Ended up at a little motel in York called Clifton Bridge. Arthur the owner offered to drive us to the nearest pub for dinner. We ended up at the 'Dormouse '. We met 2 Aussie's , they were sitting at the table next to us!!! They are from Geelong, they said they hadn't met any other Aussies in the last 4 weeks. We had a great chat. Arthur picked us up! Amazingly accommodating. Very tired, so early to bed ready for a big day exploring York ...
