      ... to be (See photos). After 6hrs walking we got back to the hostel and concluded the following 3 things 1. Porto Alegre is definitely the most crazy football city= in Brazil, 2. They have the largest amount of stupid fluff ball rat dogs in the world & 3. Everyone has a tattoo here and enjoying flauting the rules/laws.
