While this tour wasn't bone chillingly scary like the one I once did in Edinburgh we had a fantastic guide who could spin a great tale and told us a mix of creepy and more light hearted legends around the city. A great way to end our time in Prague. As much as I loved Prague and it's beauty I think both Mum and I agree it was just way to crowded to get ...

I have avoided getting Czech Krona from an ATM as it is of no value anywhere else, and in fact I have some Slovak bills from 1999 that I'd like to part with if I get a chance. The toppings were all cold and the bread was hot because they didn't cook it all together. I'm very hesitant to call it pizza, but it's the closest comparison I can think of. Today was a day of visiting castles. After breakfast, we headed off Vysehrad Castle in the southern suburbs of Prague. This is a huge castle high on a hill with an 11th Century cathedral in its walls. It is nowhere as popular as Prague Castle so it was not full of tourists as many other Prague attractions are. The castle walls were built of small bricks about the same size as a house brick. The walls were 30 ...
