    ... of the longer stays.

We took a walk into the local village, Capmany, this morning, found the cafè/bar and got an ice cream and found the deli and got lunch, a nice walk around the narrow streets before we headed back to the site. After lunch we had a game of pétanque and chilled out in the sun. This evening we will pack up ready for our move tomorrow for the first of our longer stays.

Next stop Benicassim, 260 miles. More to ...

From Girona we took a secondary road to Figueres, through pleasant farming country with views of some of the smaller Pyrenees outliers. ... we'll never be back as I'd like to check out Barcelona, and Portugal not far away either. So here's a surprise - mummachimp is not as homesick as usual! This iMessage is the key I think! Early night tonight, packing all my Spanish goodies as hand luggage - out early, bus up to Barcelona, then flight to Munich then train up to Regensburg - a 12th century medieval village on the Danube River, this will be our last stay. Check ya from Regensberg ...

... house very close by at Port Ligat ( if your a fan then Google it as I did - lots of information - he was born in Figueres nere here) - he resided there in 1948 _ 1978. As was his life the house is very different with 2 large white egg shapes and 2 silver head shapes extending from the roof of his home, which layered down onto a secluded beach - bliss! We also saw some of the great bays where there is excellent diving and snorkelling - there is ...
