... that were really remote. Then at lunch they bought out the wine and it all went downhill from there. We ended up meeting this couple from Brighton uni who were really fun and getting a bit rowdy with our noodles. Oh and I learnt to jump and dive off the boat woo. The open air cinema was pretty cool. We saw the terminator which was lol, I wouldn't recommend but it was a cool thing to do. They had little stone tables and the chairs were cute so yeah it was nice. All the food has been ...

... water was incredibly calm, leaving my thoughts crisp and undistorted. Then I called the Yacht service in Parikia again, around 9:15---now past the time that we had been expected there. A familiar voice answered and quickly realized what I had called for. It was Michaelis, and he was happy to hear that we were close by and told me to sit tight---they would come and help. It was not what I was expecting for my first paddle board experience but I learned a lot and enjoyed it and can't wait for the next time. Exhausted after all that paddling we relaxed and then grabbed some pizza for dinner and Will, Sarah and Rich came over and we had some drinks and some really intelligent conversations because we had all watched BBC news lol. Love ...

... the “country” as the reception told me. The hotel’s “minibus” to Parikia only runs three times a day: 10:00am, 5:00pm and 10:00pm. Otherwise you have to walk which probably wouldn’t take more than 40 minutes but with the inclines and under the hot sun, it likely wouldn’t be too enjoyable.

At dinner we really noticed how quiet and classy the resort is. The school group had left on a big bus earlier so they ...
