... for Tel Aviv on Sunday :) I found out yesterday I'll be living in an apartment with 10 other people. It's going to be insane and beautiful. My work is less than half a mile from my apartment, so I can walk or bike there in less then 10 minutes. I'm super relieved! But before that comes, I'm off to spend a couple days in the big city. A new pair of WWOOFers had arrived when I left (Matilda having left a few days after I did) so I became acquainted ...

... and the sense of urgency to begin my quest for those 'fireflies' was overwhelming. I had no idea what to look for, and where to begin. I considered many options at first. Mostly i knew i just needed to vacate Michigan. I needed to work. I needed to be surrounded by the unknown, to test myself. I needed to be at the mercy of mother earth and all her glory. I didn't know much else, but i did know that another few months in Michigan would surely be catastrophic to my mental ...

... frightening at times. Since we both love to plan things there is no way we could just buy a one way ticket and wing it.  It's just too much fun to do research and make plans.  At this point we are headed to Dublin for a few days, going on a 10 day walking tour of the Dingle peninsula, housesitting in Scotland, renting an apartment in Krakow, Poland before visiting my family then heading to work on a saffron farm in Italy before ...
