I would stay here again but only in a crunch.
The rooms are acceptable but the bathrooms have a shower in the bath that need an overhaul. The breakfast does not reach the standard of an acceptable Asian, Continental or English breakfast menu.
The staff are good and the service decent. I also think that it is a good location with several places of ineterest close-by and the sky train a few minutes away.

That night we some how made it onto the right boat & headed down the river and found our way to China Town! After eating some pretty sexy street food, we got real lost and I resorted to asking every local that would speak to me. Nick was obviously hating this being a man and refusing to ask for directions haha. Finally ...

Note and her boyfriend Nedt ...
So here we are in Bankok. It is warm today, very tired as flew all night, what did we do? As it was Carole's 70th birthday we went to a palace which was connected to a Thai massage parlour. I have never had a full body massage quite like it. My lovely lady used her whole body and feet to pull pummel and push, tug and generally torture me. Rather like a summo wrestler. Whenever I said ow, she ...
... t find the water cold and the main reason I didn't bother with the wet suit is they're a pain to get on and off. Further more it really is cold when you get out of the water and the sea breeze hits you. At that point you'd rather be in quick drying surf shorts than struggling out of a soaking wet, slow drying straight jacket.
When I was climbing in the French Alps in 2012 I told a friend ...
