... is now a huge hotel with beautiful gardens and lots of peacocks and chipmunks. We wandered through the grounds and then headed off to cool down in the hotel.<br><br>For dinner tonight we went up to the roof top terrace restaurant and had the nicest food we have eaten so far with the best view! We sat up on the terrace for hours just enjoying the cooler air and watching the bats circle overhead. It was really nice to look out over the city and see the lights everywhere.

Today we visited the Hindu temple in the outskirts of Udaipur. The temple was fantastic. Built of solid marble, it boasted 144 pillars of finely and uniquely carved marble. The tranquility of the temple made it an ideal spot for deep contemplation. It is a place where I can see myself lost in deep thoughts for hours upon hours.
