    Early start this morning, on the road by half past seven. Traffic was really heavy for the first half hour after leaving Poole. We arrived at Stonehenge a little after nine.     ... our day nicely. Newquay has a population of 22,000 but in summer it grows to 100,000 or more with the addition of holiday makers!!! It is widely regarded as the surf capital of the UK and has 9 long sandy accessible beaches.

    ... country outside London. In February 2010, Declan Curry of the BBC described Gerrards Cross as "Britain's richest town". (so now I'm freaking out about how much my hair styling appointment for the wedding will cost me! Lucky I sewed my own dress to wear, and didn't splash out on Noë shoes on Wednesday!!!) Ps - I'm having issues with uploading pictures using the iPad, so I'll try to find a work-around before the wedding pictures are ready to post... stay tuned ...
