Kom sen hem till ett hus fullt av smutstvätt, glömda läxor och tomt kylskåp, så här finns helt klart massor vardag mellan fantastisk skidåkning, om nu någon trodde nått annat...

Bifogar en massa bilder och det beror inte på att vi vill trötta ut er, men att jag inte lärt mig alla funktioner ännu.

Strax före kl 0800 kom vi till Breckenridge efter en härlig morgon i bilen med kaffe, spanarna och tre förväntansfulla barn.

Märta skulle träna med sitt lag, Team Breck, och samlas redan kl 0830, så vi andra lämnade av henne och drog i väg till de backar som var öppna i systemet. Tror det var max en tredjedel av systemet som var öppet, så vi fick nöja oss med det. Tydligen är det så att Breckenridge får snö senast ...

We got another early start yesterday because we knew we were going to have some pretty big hills to climb and the earlier the better. "Charlie" does not like to climb hills when it's hot out, and it's a good thing we left when we did because not only did it get pretty warm out but the summit we climbed was nearly 4000 ft. in a little under 4 miles. ... no guardrails. And people actually live up there! I wished I had a pint and some anti-anxiety medication because I was definitely experiencing some anxiety! We got to the Mount Evans gift shop/visitor center/restaurant and then headed up to the very top of Mt. E which was definitely the scariest drive I’ve ever been on. Ever. ... lunch. After we ate we took in a few shops and then hopped back on the bikes again so that we'd be back in time to return them to the rental company. But....once again we got stuck in a hail storm and had to take cover under a tree.

This was my favorite activity on the trip, and the weather just added to the excitement and we will always look back on it and laugh!

... that wetted my palatte, however the rest of the group were salivating at the selection of seafood. My options came down to either a Cobb Salad or an Asian Chicken Salad. I was leaning towards the Cobb, mainly due to my relatively new obsession with Avocados, however my husband Curt convinced me to do the Asian. It was good...but I seriously think I would have enjoyed the avacados more!

This year we skied for two weeks and both spring skiing and some good snow. We skied Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, and Arapahoe Basin. One day Peter and Ron took the day off and went fly fishing with a guide in Silverthorne. It was cold and they caught one fish but they still had a good time. Mike and Laurie joined us for a couple of days which was great!

... a "hot" staff member, according to Sarah, noticed my limp and worn body. He offered to call ski patrol, the second I've received that day, to give me a lift. What he did not notice was my heart, my will to get myself off that mountain; or at least to Chairlift #6, the nearest chair lift that could give me a ride - a lesser blow to my ego that I gladly accepted realizing that the rest of the way down were catwalks. Vail The town of Vail was about 45 minutes away from Breckenridge. It is a huge ski resort and shopping center in Vail Village. When we went it was under renovation and from what we saw it is going to be sick when it opens later this year. A lot of the shops were closed but the restaurants were open. ... Got Nathan's ticket for $40US. They came back just after midday as cold and windy and snowing. They closed some of the smaller lifts at the top due to the wind. Kristina did all our eye make-up and Leigh, our hair. Lazy day – reading and on computer. Left at 4pm and Nathan stayed the night.
