Inside was the champions wall with all the winners of the tournament. We knew we were ...

I stopped at Staples and used the 2 $20 coupons I have from turning in empty ink cartridges. Then home to rest up and dress to head to the Hitchin' Post tonight. Ron E Cash sings the first half starting at 5 but we didn't leave here till almost 6. I opted for the freeway, and forgot about rush hour! We went one exit ...

... about 5.30pm. What a great hotel! We're at the Kierland Resort which is a Westin hotel. We were personally welcomed by the hotel manager, toured around the hotel highlights, which included a golf course with the 18th hole at the hotel lobby and outdoor bar, complete with big fire and outdoor heaters (welcomed because we are in the middle of the 4 coldest days in Phoenix since 1988!) with the sunset piped in by a bagpiper. ...
