... visiting. It's great to see an old friend with a great family, but it also makes you reflect. It was the first time I really got to play with and study a two year old. And now I know why they say an angel watches over all small children.
Erin and I have decided to make our visits more frequent in the future.
Phoenix, Arizona, United States brandonibologna... water from the toilet, washing machine, dishwasher and tub using gravity, filters, microorganisms, chemicals and ultraviolet light--well, you wouldn't want to drink it, but it's okay now.
They also cool industrial plants with it, water highway medians & community common areas, and probably most importantly--return large portions of it to the aquifer.
OK, it's still kinda yucky, but it's the savior of the desert, so I'll get over it.

Mesa, Arizona, United States thesairs... to shop and get my hair cut—a bit shorter than I had in mind, but it grows out fast! The rain water was up to the curbs all over town, and has poured ever since-hope I can get out of town in the morning. Right now I am going to take an Aleve and go to bed. Yesterday was 326 miles and today was 359—that wreck put me a couple hours behind. So I have gone 687.3 miles from Red Bay and have 682.2 till I arrive in Gold Canyon hopefully on Friday if I don’t stop to visit ...
Gold Canyon, Arizona, United States teamcc... Ouzo out, before we headed to possibly my favorite bar/club since Ive been away. It was called Dos Gringos and was an open air bar with loads of lights and things hanging, a massive Jenga, other bar type games, dance floor, just a good time place, oh and it was 10 drinks for 10 bucks, ouch!!! Needless to say we were there till close before finding our way home. Although a brief stop it was lots of fun.
Scottsdale, Arizona, United States edwardallinWe started our trip from Tempe, Arizona (see how we currently lived there). Our goal was to find a new life and our destination was the south-west, southeast, and notrth-east sections of the United States.

So it was time to say our 'Good byes.'
Tempe, Arizona, United States reena.ram.king... day. My computer did some strange things like changed size of home window and stuff in it and eliminated the tool bar at the bottom of screen! Tried everything I know and this morning am in Safe Mode, but will try Restore tomorrow morning. March 19th Thursday - We were both up around 8-8:30-hung around home till Charlie went to doctor for bloodwork, did some 4 wheel buying and bought groceries. I did, after much work and frustration, get the computer back to what ...
Apache Junction, Arizona, United States teamcc... on in to make a large circle- not challenging but interesting drive. Up on several 'hogback' ridges where we could see forever. Did 2 caches out there also. Back home by around 3 -the weather is windy and turning nasty for the next 4 days. The NE USA had the worst ice storm in 20 years. Carol said 1-4 inches of snow predicted for Portland area tonight. We have been listening to Christmas music all evening. Ignored the news tonight - tired of hearing about corrupt ...
Apache Junction, Arizona, United States teamcc... is spread out over 26 acres and includes a spa, which we didn't frequent, and a small quaint shopping center (Borgata) which we did. Surrounding a fountain were a series of shops - some selling gifts or Western wear others selling silver. The one we focused in on immediately was a restaurant called 'Sugarbakers'. There we got to enjoy a delicious lunch and a cool drink. We liked it so much we visited it every day during ...
Scottsdale, Arizona, United States cab514... we rented an Italian film titled "Facing Windows" to prepare for the trip. Basically we could not understand a damn thing. We were able to pick out phrases such as "I will drink a beer" and "me too." So, trying to be positive, we know we can handle ordering beer, or at least know when someone else is. Until next time- "C'e' del brodo di carne o pollo in questa zuppa?" (Is there meat or chicken broth in this soup?) Shilo and Gabe
