Now we have to get it fixed. Fortunately there was a surplus store next door for us to waste some time hoping the scooter would star if we waited, it didn't. Bill hitchhiked back to the Casino to get the truck, Bonnie waited with the scooter.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States socks... you arrive before noon.
The highest the temp reached on the 120 mile trip was 49F. With the heated grips on and my winter gloves, I was fine in my lined jacket and regular shirt until the last twenty minutes. Then the thought of cranking up the heat in the motel room sustained me. There were no rain showers although the clouds were thicker, lower and darker over OKC.
The temp is higher now, they are expecting to reach 54F today. <br ...

Left Joplin a little late, wound through Kansas with lots of pix, finally hitting the super-slab in Oklahoma well after noon. Stopped at H-D in OK City to warm up and collect dealer dots, then decided to hunker down for the night. See you tomorrow!
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States 7x70on66American airlines never fails to TRY and screw up a well planned trip! After getting up at 5:00am to get our 8:10am flight our trip was "cancelled"! Only Judy received a cancellation call. How on earth are you suppose to know your flight is cancelled if you are not one of the "lucky" passengers to be called. Then to add insult to injury we were the unfortunate callers to get the person who does not want to "help"! He thought that we should ...
