    ... bright colored paint for signs and some buildings...

  • their buildings are tattered, but scattered with satellite dishes...
  • their hospitality is forefront, even when they have very little...
  • there is little variety in the clothes the women wear (nearly all sarees and salwars) but they are always brightly colored fabrics...
  • Men? nearly all in pants and shirts with buttons, and an occasional lunghi (wrap). No shorts or ...

    ... erased from my face. It felt like I was just hanging out with girlfriends that I've known for ages, yet only just met them. It's such a strange concept, but I don't think anyone outside of this TIU community will understand what that's like. We didn't get to meet K&K, but meeting the other girls was just as important to me.

    My feet started to hurt, so off to bed for me to prepare for an early morning workout the next day.

    OK, so we decide to take both cars as we are looking for a car wash along the way.... turns out to be an expensive choice lol but oh well, it's nice to drive down PCH with the top down.. we find a car wash and then head to HB to find a spot to park and find a coffee ...
