Its Sunday and we start our day with a breakfast at Denny's. We have a Lumberjack Slam- between the two of us. This consisted of two eggs, two sausages, two strips of bacon, a large has brown, unlike the ones we have at home...and of course, 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of toast. It cost us $9.99. A great way to kick off our day! We started driving into Hartford. I need to report how badly I drove yesterday! ...

Landed in Boston, found my luggage and quickly outside where the limo was waiting. A fast trip to Wakefield and Phil was waiting. Lugged my stuff upstairs (well, onto the elevator) and into his condo. Called for Pizza ...

... We headed north after Flint and arrived at Mackinac City where we looked at motels but very expensive-considering the town is dead right now and the have no customers, but they still want 160+$’s. After touring the waterfront and walking out on a long pier we headed across the bridge to the Upper Peninsula, St Ignace, where we found a great Best Western! Only $89 and right on the water and a beautiful view!! A small ‘island’ just out a few feet ...
