We drove to Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. It is right next to the University of Louisville and of course Ron had to wear his MSU shirt, just to rub it in.
Not knowing much about horse racing, this was really a very interesting place to visit. Some of the exhibits were very creative and the track was beautiful. On race day, they get 160,000 spectators. It is just a massive ...

... In the end, I won the basketball bracket and it was down to Lee (my brother-in-law) and me. Not only did I win money, but I now have bragging rights for the next year!
Then on to Mulberry, Indiana (Amish Country) to get our new trailer. Luckily, the trailer came in just as we ordered it. They guy who did the walk-thru was semi-clueless and at times it was like we knew more about the RV than he did. ...

... is a long, drawn out game but fun and chilled all the same :) After baseball we headed home for some much needed kip, another end to another awesome day in this awesome country.
