Finally got to 57th street and all of us except for Sandy had a New York hot dog with sauerkraut from a food cart. Carter and I got spicy sausage and it was hot. Found our bike shop and got our bikes. Started riding in Central Park, sunny and beautiful colors. Carter was amazing. She is in great shape and out rode us all. Rode to theMuseumof ...

I hate the “Autumn” sale signs going up and seeing all the warm clothes starting to appear in the shops… I’m doing so much ...

... 3 sim cards on us, an international sim card, my Vodafone sim card and Subash’s sim card. We had 2 mobile phones, and none of them worked. None of them!!!!! We were stuck. They were a lot of payphones around but we needed exact change, which we didn’t have. So Subash went to sort that out. In the end I finally called my Aunt and she answered the phone sleepily. I told her that we had arrived but our bus will be at 11pm and that we will be at her place around 1am (that is ...

... the class new the software and the work and it would be extremely hard for me to catch up. But it was very easy to drop one class and pick up another. When I’ve introduced myself to the class they are so amazed and excited that I’m Australian, I’m like a little bit of a celebrity!

Going to college in the US and living on campus is very different to life back home going to University. Because I am living here, I am totally absorbed in the college ...
