I have had a brilliant day today, visiting a large (well, large for them, approx 600 bed (NUH is around 1500) teaching hospital in the same "health system" as yesterday's hospital. Their "health systems" are similar to our Trusts, but don't always have such strong links between hospitals. I won't bore you with the ins and outs of what I learnt (although, for me, I learnt some really great stuff, which I'm geekily so excited about implementing in the UK)!
We get married in a week and a half (July 10) and get on our one-way flight to Taiwan 6 days later. Are we nuts? Yes.
