    ... sheep and chickens, like at home, and bisons and peacocks not like at home! Things had obviously changed a lot in the area in the 30 years between the two farms but overall we wanted more animals to look at and more information about what we could actually see. Nevertheless, it was definitely better than sitting in the café at Safeways, waiting for Astrid to finish her gym training!

    ... issue aside until we get to Linda's. Linda, Chavito, Sabina, and Julian are home. Chavo is working. Everyone looks great, the kids have grown up so much. Chavito is a "man", no longer a boy, Sabina is as beautiful as ever and has a broken foot. During volleyball practice she landed incorrectly on her foot and broke it.     ... not entirely sure. Either way, spot on for tonight! Took us a while to unpack and sort, and the kids found their way to the playground and made some friends...lovely! Pizzas for dinner, first smoke alarm incident and a walk down to the lake...not a bad way to start - sunset, beer, pizza and another early night!
